Wouldn’t you know it? The grandkids came to stay on just the right day – April Fools’ Day. Grandma knows that living on a farm, she must stay on her toes. Grandpa is ready for the day too. He ignores the grandkids as they keep running in telling him about animal mishaps on the farm. It’s not until Grandma comes downstairs and tells him “But honey, you’ll find, to your sorrow, it’s not April Fools’ Day today, but tomorrow!” In the end, it is Grandma who tricks him on April Fools’ Day.
